- Gary Dimmick , the Director of Community Planning and Development; Gary presented an overview of several programs which included the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP 1 & 2), the Community Development Block Grant-Recovery (CDBG-R) Program, the Homeless Prevention & Rapid Rehousing Program and the Tax Credit Assistance Program.
